Quick start guide
This quick start guide will allow you to set up your Broomx immersive device (MK1 or MK2) in just a few minutes, turning any space into a therapeutic environment. Follow the steps below to install, connect, and start projecting with no prior technical expertise required.
1. Physical equipment setup
Before powering on your device, proper placement in the room is essential to ensure maximum image quality and full immersion.
- Space requirements: Review the optimal lighting, dimension, and surface guidelines for projection.
- Assembly: Follow the step-by-step instructions to securely mount the unit and connect it to power.
2. Power on & wi-Fi connection
Turn on the projector using the remote control. The unit will generate its own dedicated Wi-Fi network to pair with your control device (tablet or smartphone). Connect to it using the following details:

Password: broomxnet
3. Local control (Offline mode)
This feature allows you to play previously downloaded content and sessions without needing an internet connection.

Make sure your tablet or phone is connected to the projector’s Wi-Fi network (MK#).

Open your web browser and enter this IP address: 192.168.12.1

The main screen will open automatically, allowing you to browse and play therapies right away.
4. Broomx platform (Online mode)
This is the global control hub where you can design, prepare, and manage immersive therapies before downloading them to the device.
- Access: Log in from any web-enabled device at platform.broomx.com.
