New techniques for
sensory, physical and
cognitive stimulation
The NUTESCOTI project is a multicenter research project to study the application of immersive reality in 3 different profiles of users. This project has received more than 111000€ in funding from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism from Spain (MINCOTUR), through Next Generation European funds.
The consortium partners include 3 health and social service providers, Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa, Fundació Villablanca and Esport 3, each of them applying the same intervention program with different users profiles. The Mental Health Cluster and the Catalan tech company Qualud also participate in the project.
The 3 different users profiles are the following:
– Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa: Patients with persistent COVID symptoms.
– Fundació Villablanca: People with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders.
– Esport3: People over 60 years old who live independently.
